The Keystone Community Partnerships team arrived in Philipsburg at a pivotal time. Formerly blighted buildings are seeing new life and people of all ages are starting to envision a brighter future here, but it’s a lot of work and we have too few people doing too many things. That’s where Keystone Community Partnerships has been able to help. They’ve come in with resources, encouragement, and manpower to help us get our most important projects over the finish line and develop even more goals for the future. Through this partnership, Philipsburg is becoming a model for how to turn around blighted towns in rural Pennsylvania.
