  • Complete experience before fall semester begins

  • Regular mentor check-ins and cohort reflection sessions

Fall 2027 (integration, reflection, and dissemination)

  • Project/experience extension, late completion, or continuation possible

  • Continue weekly seminars with a reflective focus
  • Final poster presentations at Experiential Learning Showcase
  • Portfolio completion (reports, websites, publications, professional artifacts)
