Fee
The $695 residential fee covers instruction, all program materials, housing, all meals (starting with Sunday dinner, June 22, and ending with Friday lunch, June 27), and a camp T-shirt. After May 31, the fee increases to $745. The commuter fee is $495 and covers lunch and dinner, instruction, all program materials, and a camp t-shirt. The fee may be paid by check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
How to Register
You can register by mailing the printable registration form or by submitting the online registration form. Credit card payment can be accepted only with online
registration.

This camp has been cancelled for 2008. Please check back later for information regarding the 2009 session.
Space is limited; application forms must be postmarked by June 6, 2008. Completed forms must include a parent/guardian signature and payment in full. Students will be notified of acceptance, and final registration will be held at the beginning of the camp on Sunday, June 22, 2008. Additional details about the camp, travel directions, and the University will be sent with the acceptance notification.
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on June 6, 2008. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation via e-mail; if you do not provide an e-mail address, you will receive confirmation via postal mail.
Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to the first day of the program, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
Confidentiality
For legal reasons, the University cannot release the names or phone numbers of other participants, not even to those who want to carpool.
