Fee
The fee of $595 covers instruction, housing, food, and all program materials. The fee may be paid by check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
Eligibility and Enrollment
This camp is available for any high school student (entering grades 9 through 12 and just-graduated seniors). Camp enrollment is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis via submission of the registration form and payment. A limited wait list is available when the enrollment limit has been reached (individuals on the wait list will be notified on or before June 7 about entry into the camp; full refunds will be provided if you are not accepted from the wait list into the camp).
How to Register
You can register by mailing the printable registration form or by submitting the online registration form.
Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Please read this Penn State Summer Programs standards-of-conduct for the visual arts camp.

Deadline
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 14, 2013. After this date, please contact the conference planner at Conferences@outreach.psu.edu or by phone at 814-863-5100.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation by email; if you do not provide an email address, you will receive confirmation by postal mail.
Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the program, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to Conferences@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
Confidentiality
For legal reasons, the University cannot release the names or phone numbers of other participants, not even to those who want to carpool.
Access

Scholarships
Scholarship awards will be credited to the student following enrollment in the program. Your electronic receipt will show a balance due. Scholarships will be paid by the sponsoring agency. You will not receive a bill for the scholarship. There is no need to contact our office regarding this. Inquiries regarding the application procedures for scholarships (based on financial need and/or cultural diversity) should be sent by email to Curt Marshall at cem2@psu.edu.
