Outreach Strategic Framework 2008–2013

Penn State Outreach is proud to hold the distinction of being the largest unified outreach organization in American higher education. As the outreach organization of the "people's university," Outreach is also poised to become the best outreach organization in American higher education—addressing the critical issues facing the Commonwealth and simultaneously migrating toward a more entrepreneurial model of operation. The strategic planning process has provided the framework for Outreach to clearly articulate how it will progress toward achieving this goal in the near future.
