Who Should Apply
Penn State designed the Engineering Leadership Series for technical professionals who recently have taken on a leadership role or anticipate such a role in the future. The series is also relevant for current or future technical professionals, including students, wishing to enhance their existing skills or add additional skills to obtain a competitive edge. Nontechnical professionals can also benefit by learning about issues related to the leadership of technical organizations.
Prerequisites
This program is recommended for professionals with a baccalaureate degree and at least one year of full-time experience. Participants with at least two years of college-level course work may also apply.
