Do more than integrate technology into your classroom. Design
technology-based learning experiences and evaluate the impact of
technology on the learning process. Penn State's master of education in
instructional systems--educational technology degree program can
provide you with the technical and research skills to analyze the
effectiveness of technology integration in your classroom, school, or
organization.
This 33-credit master's degree program is designed for educators who
have an interest in designing, developing, and evaluating the impact of
technology on learning.
Building on Existing Certificate Programs
Since 1999, Penn State has been offering two technology certificate
programs: TICKET and the technology integration certificate. Most
certificate holders will find that they can count up to 12 credits from
their certificate toward the requirements for the master's degree.
Please contact an academic adviser for more information. Penn State has
also added a new instructional strategies certificate program to its
educational technology portfolio.
Recognized, Accredited, and Approved
Penn State's College of Education is regularly ranked among the
nation's best graduate schools, according to U.S.News & World

Teacher Education (NCATE). And Penn State is an Act 48-approved
