persons interested in getting a "taste" of what advanced business-level course work, such as might be expected in an MBA program, would be like
those wanting to work toward their degree by earning Penn State credits at an accelerated pace
students with junior- or senior-standing and graduate students looking to add a business credential to their resumes

Prerequisites
The Business Essentials program is designed for either professionals with a business background seeking refresher training or for professionals who do not have a business degree or background. This may include business professionals who fulfill either a technical or other support role within an organization or students with junior- or senior-standing and graduate students. This program is recommended for professionals with some college-level course work and with work experience in a multifunctional business environment.
