Important Notes

1. If you are a member of Shaver’s Creek, you may register by mail or fax as soon as you receive the Summer Camps brochure in the mail (the brochure is scheduled to arrive in early January 2012). Nonmember registration begins Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Printable registration forms will be available for download after that date. 

2. Camp registrations are accepted in the order in which we receive them. This is how we determine the order in which campers fill our available spaces.

3. Due to the popularity of our camps, there is no guarantee that space will be available, even if you are a member.

Camp Registration

Member Registration

Beginning immediately when the brochure is received in the mail, registration forms from members will be accepted by mail or by fax at the address or fax number on your brochure (814-865-3290). For registration confirmation, please include a current email address (we do not allow your address to be used outside of Shaver’s Creek).

Nonmember Registration

Nonmembers may register by mail or fax beginning Tuesday, February 14, 2012. If your child attended camp in 2011, but you are not a member, you will either receive the registration form in an email on February 14, or you may download it from the website. For registration confirmation, please include a current email address with your registration (we do not allow your address to be used outside of Shaver’s Creek).

Online registration will not be available this year.

Phone registrations cannot be accepted because signatures are required for medical authorizations and participation releases. 

Full payment is required at the time of registration by check or credit card.

Special Registration Process for Leaders-in-Training

If you are interested in participating in our LIT program, please email Paul Brigman by June 8, 2012, at pgb120@psu.edu to request a volunteer application.
