An offering of Penn State

Raptor Center Activity
Festival Display

Shaver's Creek Environmental Center offers a traveling festival display and show that includes live, Pennsylvania native reptiles, amphibians, and birds of prey. In addition, an array of mammal pelts can be added to the display. The staff offers short animal programs throughout the time allotted, and these programs are geared toward all ages. The setup can be flexible and designed to fit the available space. This outreach program that Shaver's Creek offers can be an interesting addition to outdoor shows, farm shows, county or town fairs, or other festivals.

The cost for having a Shaver's Creek display such as this is $500 per day plus current mileage fee for round-trip between the center and the site.
