Fee and Registration
To enroll an athlete in the Lady Lion Basketball Elite Camp, Lady Lion Basketball Skills Camp, or Lady Lion Basketball Day Camp, a parent or guardian should complete all parts of the registration form except the "Team Roster" and send it, with full fee payment, to Penn State. You may also register using our new online "Individual Registration" form. The registration form may be copied for use by others.

To enroll an athlete in the Lady Lion Basketball Team Camp, a parent or guardian must complete all parts of the registration form except the "Team Roster." The coach accompanying the team must complete the "Team Roster" and mail the entire package to Penn State. Online registration is not available for teams at this time.

Team Camp Coaches

Collect all completed individual applications and mail them, along with your team roster/roommate preferences, as one package. Please make sure that the parents or guardians have signed all designated areas on the registration form. The head coach and head chaperone attend the camp at no cost. Additional coaches and/or chaperones will be charged for housing and meals. Male coaches must bring a female chaperone who is at least 21 years old.

Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Those accepted will receive a letter of acknowledgment and notification of any program changes. Those not admitted will receive refunds. Walk-in registrations on the day the camp opens cannot be guaranteed.

Penn State maintains waiting lists for sport camps. To be put on the waiting list if the camp is full, check the appropriate space on the registration form. Those on waiting lists may be accepted into camp on short notice. Checks will be deposited and American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards will be charged to ensure campers' places on the waiting list.

Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Please read these customer-friendly instructions before filling out the online registration form.

To register, use the Adobe.pdf printable registration form, the Word.doc printable registration form, or the Online Registration Form.

All cancellations must be received in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received fifteen days before camp begins. For purposes of a refund, the postmark of the cancellation letter or the date stamp from the fax machine will determine the date received by the Sport Camps office. Refunds for those who leave before the last day of camp, due to illness or injury, will be based on the cost of housing and food, instructional periods attended, and a prorated support fee.
