Dear Happy Volley Participants, Parents, and Friends:
We are pleased to announce that preparation to host our 2011 Happy Volley Club Championships and Camp is nearing completion. For those who participated over the last two years, thank you for your support. To our new customers, we believe that the 2011 event and camp will be a professional and rewarding experience for all the young women you plan to bring to Penn State.
As a token of appreciation to all who made the last two Happy Volley events such a success, you’ll notice that we have kept our fees as affordable as we possibly can. We have examined all facets of the tournament, and here is our pledge to you:
- Computerized tournament tracking system to ensure that all scheduling is timely and accurate
- All tournament play will take place on-campus in our state-of-the-art facilities
- Medical trainers assigned to all venues
- Customer-friendly registration process
- Free admission to all sessions, for all spectators
- Your choice of on-campus or off-campus housing
- Guaranteed seven matches for each team
- Sanctioned Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) tournament*
- Tournament expanded to 448 teams, with age ranges from 12 through 18
- Opportunity for your team to interact with our women’s volleyball coaches and players
- Customized clinics for all coaches: Friday night clinic, along with four clinics on Saturday and Sunday, available to all participating coaches and players
- A safe and fun-filled Memorial Day weekend at Penn State
Again, to our past customers, thank you for your support. To our future customers, we look forward to welcoming you and your teams to Happy Valley for the Happy Volley Club Championships and Camp 2011.
Entry Fee
The $620 entry fee includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. Your entry fee, along with team rosters and medical release forms, will be due by April 1, 2011.

*This is an AAU–sanctioned event; all coaches and players on your team must be registered with the AAU. For online registration, please go to www.aausports.org.
