Who Should Attend
The Penn State Girls' Lacrosse Camp is designed for students entering grades seven through twelve next fall. High school graduates are eligible to enroll.

About the Camps
The daily schedule for the Penn State Girls' Lacrosse Camp includes games, stick-work practices, and tactical sessions for offensive and defensive strategies. Individual help sessions and extra scrimmages under lights are also provided.

The Penn State Girls' Lacrosse Camp also includes sessions on academic counseling for athletes, sport nutrition, sport psychology, strength training, and conditioning. Head Coach Suzanne Isidor will discuss NCAA rules for recruiting student athletes and will answer commonly asked questions about the recruiting process.

Elite Camp—In addition to our regular week of instruction, we offer varsity players an Elite Camp, July 15–17. Players with at least one year of varsity experience are encouraged to apply.

Physical Conditioning—To benefit as much as possible from this camp, participants should arrive in top physical condition. Particular attention should be paid to the feet. To avoid blisters, do not bring new cleats to camp. Jogging and sprinting before the camp starts are encouraged.

Staff—The Penn State Girls' Lacrosse Camp guarantees a 1:10 ratio of coaches to players and includes top U.S. team members and Penn State varsity starters as staff members. The Elite Camp has a 1:5 ratio of coaches to players.

Goalkeepers—Specialized goalkeeping instruction is provided during each of the two camp sessions.

Equipment—Campers should bring their own lacrosse sticks and goalie pads. Mouth guards and goggles are required.

Recreation—During camp, participants may spend their free time enjoying Penn State's many recreational facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and tennis and racquetball courts.
