Who Should Attend

Offense and Defense Camp I and II
Penn State’s Football Camps I and II are designed for students entering grades eight through twelve next fall. High school graduates are not eligible to enroll.

About the Offense and Defense Camp I and II
Penn State’s Football Camps I and II are designed to help participants improve basic skills and learn the techniques of football. Lectures, demonstrations, and drill sessions requiring limited physical contact are held daily under the guidance of the Penn State football coaching staff. Staff members are available to give individual attention.

This no-pad, four-day camp offers instruction for all offensive and defensive positions. Please note: All participants are required to receive instruction in both offensive and defensive positions.

Daily sessions are conducted on both grass and artificial surfaces, or in the case of inclement weather, in one of our spacious indoor facilities.

Recreation—During camp, participants may spend their free time enjoying Penn State’s many recreational facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool.

Who Should Attend Senior camp
Penn State’s Senior Camp is for players entering grade twelve next fall. High school graduates are not eligible to enroll.

About the Senior Camp
Penn State’s Senior Camp is designed to focus on upcoming seniors in order to concentrate on position-specific skill and technique development. This no-pad, two-day camp will feature instruction on seven individual positions: quarterback, wide receiver, running back, offensive line, defensive line, linebacker, and defensive back. You will spend your entire camp experience concentrating on the ONE position you choose. The Penn State staff, former Nittany Lion players, and select high school coaches form a camp staff that gives you a great opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches and players in the country.

Instruction will be offered in field and lecture sessions. Participants should arrive at camp in good physical condition, paying particular attention to leg strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Sessions will be held both on outside grass fields and in our spacious indoor facility.
