Access—Penn State encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. Cancellation—The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Should the clinic be canceled, the registration fee will be refunded, but the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Smoking—Penn State has adopted a policy of no smoking in its buildings, offices, classrooms, and conference facilities, on or off campus.
