Cheerleading and Dance

Cheerleading and Dance State College, Pennsylvania

Fee and Registration
To enroll an athlete in a camp, a parent or guardian must complete all parts of the registration form except the "Team Roster" and send it, with full fee payment, to Penn State. The registration form may be copied for use by others. Or use our new, online "Individual Registration" form.

To enroll an athlete in the Penn State Cheerleading or Dance Camps as part of a team, a parent or guardian must complete all parts of the registration form except the "Team Roster." After the registration forms are completed, the coach accompanying the team must complete the "Team Roster" portion of the registration form and mail the entire package to Penn State. Online registration is not available for teams at this time.

To enroll a team, a deposit of $10 per person (non-refundable) may be sent in by the coach. The balance of the registration fee must be sent with the completed application forms no later than June 13, 2008.

Team Camp Coaches

Collect all completed individual applications and mail them, along with your team roster/roommate preference, as one package. Please make sure that parents have signed all designated areas on the registration form. The head coach and head chaperone attend the camp at no cost. Additional coaches and/or chaperones will be charged for housing and meals. Male coaches must bring a female chaperone who is at least 21 years old.

Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Those accepted will receive a letter of acknowledgment and notification of any program changes. Those not admitted will receive refunds. Walk-in registrations on the day the camp opens cannot be guaranteed.

Penn State maintains waiting lists for sport camps. To be put on the waiting list if the camp is full, check the appropriate space on the registration form. Those on waiting lists may be accepted into camps on short notice. Checks will be deposited and American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards will be charged to ensure campers' places on the waiting list.

Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Please read these customer-friendly instructions before filling out the online registration form.

To register, use the online registration form, the Adobe.pdf printable registration form or the Word.doc printable registration form.
