Penn State maintains waiting lists for sport camps. To be put on the waiting list if the camp is full, check the appropriate space on the registration form. Persons on waiting lists may be accepted into camps on short notice. Checks will be deposited and American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards will be charged to secure campers' places on the waiting list.
Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Please read these customer-friendly instructions before filling out the online registration form.To register, use the new online individual registration form, the Adobe.pdf printable registration form
, or the Word.doc printable registration form
.
Fees and Refunds
The $400 resident Instructional Camp fee covers instruction, a camp shirt, housing, and all meals (from dinner on the first day to lunch on the last day). The $325 commuter Instructional Camp fee covers instruction, a camp shirt, and all meals; it does not include housing. The full fee must accompany the registration form, paid by check or money order. Credit card payment can be accepted only online.
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received fifteen days before camp begins. After this deadline, an $80 fee will be deducted for administrative expenses. For purposes of a refund, the postmark of the cancellation letter or the date stamp from the fax machine will determine the date received by the Sport Camps office. Refunds for campers who leave before the last day of camp, due to illness or injury, will be based on the cost of the housing and food involved, and instructional periods attended, and will include a prorated support fee. Campers who become ill and/or injured and choose to remain for the duration of the camp will not receive a refund.
