Fee
The fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, lunches, and the Sunday welcome reception. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
$200 until October 31
$250 from November 1 through 12
How to register
Registration is close to capacity; please contact the conference planner before planning to attend the conference.
If you would like to attend the Allegheny Ridge Wind Farm Tour, please
contact Cindy Stearns at cas81@outreach.psu.edu. Note you MUST be registered for the Symposium to sign up for this tour. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis and will likely fill up
quickly.
Deadline
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on November 12. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100 for information about on-site check-in. An additional charge of $30 will be added to all walk-in registrations.
Confirmation
The conference planner will confirm your enrollment and provide additional information. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will get a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to November 17, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
