Student Scholarships
We ask you to share the news about this camp with your current students in grades eight through twelve who show an interest in meteorology.
Please don't let a lack of financial resources prevent interested and talented students from applying. A limited number of full and partial scholarships are available to financially disadvantaged students, and other scholarships are available to students from underrepresented groups. Please urge your students who meet these criteria to complete the "Scholarships" section of the registration form and submit a 100-word, handwritten essay on "Why I want to go to the Penn State Weather Camp." DEADLINE: Submissions must be postmarked by March 1, 2012.
Even when applying for a possible scholarship, it is recommended that you pay the registration fee to secure a spot; the camps fill quickly.
