REGISTRATION

 

The fee for the one-day recertification session ($225) or for the two-day initial-certification session ($350) covers instruction and materials. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

Registration will close at 5:00 p.m. EST, three business days prior to the program. After this date, please phone the conference coordinator at 814-863-1738 to register for the program. An additional $30 fee for late registration may apply.

Payment in full must accompany your registration.

The registration fee may be paid by check, money order, or purchase order payable to Penn State. A letter of authorization to bill your employer or organization is also acceptable. The letter of authorization should be on your company or organization's letterhead. Credit card payment can be accepted by online registration only.

When your registration is complete, Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment and provide any additional information specific to your program site. When possible, confirmation and information will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide on your registration form.
