Registration
The fee for the one-day recertification session ($225) or for the two-day initial-certification session ($350) covers instruction and materials. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
An additional $30 fee may apply to registrations received less than three business day prior to the program.
Payment in full must accompany your registration.
The registration fee may be paid by check, money order, or purchase order payable to Penn State. A letter of authorization to bill your employer or organization is also acceptable. The letter of authorization should be on your company or organization’s letterhead. Credit card payment can be accepted by online registration only.
When your registration is complete, Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment and provide any additional information specific to your program site. Confirmation and information will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide on your registration form.

Refund
Refunds will be made for cancellations received at least fifteen days prior to the first day of the program. Cancellations must be received in writing by fax to 814-863-5190 or e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Cancellation
The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
