Call for Presentations
The conference is the latest in a series of meetings that began in 1995. This invitation is extended to all researchers and practitioners who are working in areas related to surface transportation planning, design, operations, and safety. The topics of particular interest include:
- intelligent vehicle/highway systems
- new/revised state and federal transportation guidelines
- public/private partnerships: innovative financing
- work zone innovations
- safety improvements
Abstracts (one page) should be submitted by March 1, 2008, to Sally Gannon, sgannon@psu.edu. Those presenters who have been selected to make presentations at the conference will be notified via e-mail by April 15, 2008. Final versions of the abstracts and PowerPoint presentations will be archived on the conference Web site; those are due by November 1, 2008.
