Online, fax and phone registrations are no longer being accepted however you can still register on-site for an addtional $30 walk in fee.

The registration fee covers all sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and materials on January 27 and 28, as well as several of the optional preconference sessions and the networking reception on January 26. Tours and certain preconference sessions carry an additional charge. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

• The registration deadline is January 9, 2006. All registrations received after that date will be charged a $50 late fee.
• Walk-in registrations will be accepted until the conference is filled. An additional $30 "walk-in fee" will be charged.

Group Rates
An additional discount of $20 on the registration fees will be offered to organizations, agencies, and companies that are sending five or more participants to the conference. To take advantage of these group rates, all qualifying registrations must be received at the same time, with payment, via fax or mail. This discount applies only to the public/nonprofit and private sector rates (see the registration form for fax and mailing information).

Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Refunds will be made for cancellations received by January 9, 2006, and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. The name and contact information of the substitute participant must be provided in advance of the conference dates.

Cancellation--The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
