LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS
The program will be held on the Penn State campus, including The Nittany Lion Inn, a Penn State landmark featuring luxurious accommodations, flexible meeting space, and fine dining.
All individuals attending the RSA Institutes are to make hotel accommodations directly with the hotel. (Note: because some hotel rates are very comparable to residence hall housing rates—but the hotels tend to feature more amenities–only hotel choices have been listed). A limited number of rooms have been set aside at the following locations. Reservations should be made at least thirty days prior to the start of the program. Note: All hotel reservations (or modifications) must be made by participants directly with the hotel staff.
Shared Lodging Information: After your enrollment in the program, if you are interested in double occupancy with another participant to share lodging costs, please send an e-mail to John Farris, conference planner, at JLF30@outreach.psu.edu and provide your name, address, dates of arrival/departure, and gender. John Farris will provide information regarding a list of participants interested in double occupancy during early May. It is recommended, however, that you secure hotel accommodations by May 21 and make any alterations after this date.
