degree-seeking status, a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file, a personal essay, and the potential to succeed in the respective program. Interested
students can obtain an application form at the Learning Center in Lewistown or at the University Park Continuing Education office, or by calling 800-228-1627. Funds are available for
a limited number of students; a completed application is necessary for consideration.
Student Loan Borrowers Need to Sign the New Master Promissory Note (MPN)
