The certificate program in labor studies and employment relations provides a foundation in employment relations, including the areas of law, policy, and practices. With this program you can:
• gain an understanding of workplace and employment issues from both the employee's and the employer's perspectives
• apply the credits you earn toward an associate or bachelor's degree
• take courses in class or online
