Answers to questions regarding:
- online learning environment
- software, Web browsers, and operating systems
- computer hardware and Internet issues
Online resources, including:
- tutorials
- news/alerts
- additional training resources
HelpDesk staff members are available--by phone, e-mail, or real-time chat--
in the evening and on weekends for the convenience of our busy adult learners:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to midnight
Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
