Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Human Resources and Employment Relations

The postbaccalaureate certificate program in human resources and employment relations at Penn State's University Park campus was designed to help HR/ER practitioners meet the need for ongoing education. The classes are taught by members of Penn State's graduate faculty and are held in the late afternoon and early evening.
