Real Estate Certification

One of the most complex and significant financial events in peoples' lives is the purchase or sale of a home or investment property. Because of this complexity and significance, people typically seek the help of real estate brokers and sales agents when buying or selling real estate. Penn State's real estate certification program is designed to help you prepare for a career in real estate. The courses are approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and can be applied toward the educational requirements for taking the salesperson's and broker's license examinations.
