M.Ed. in Adult Education

Penn State's 33-credit, blended master of education in adult education curriculum focuses on the knowledge and skills required of professionals who work with adult learners. Each course focuses on preparing you to help adult learners build on their existing knowledge and continue to learn in a purposeful way.

Collaborative Experience, Practical Applications

This curriculum is delivered through a blend of in-class evening and weekend courses, Web technology, print, and other media to maximize flexibility without sacrificing professor and student interaction. Communication tools including bulletin boards and e-mail are used to foster a collaborative environment, providing you with the opportunity to learn from and teach one another about the unique industries you come from and your varied professional experiences.
