Working Together to Plan, Lead, and Sustain
Partnerships and Professional Development Schools

Please consider sending a session proposal that shares some aspect of your work that you believe will be helpful to others. We hope we have created a conference experience unlike any other. There will be five keynote speakers over the course of three days who will address issues and innovations in beginning, sustaining, and enhancing partnerships between schools and universities. There will be optional follow-up sessions during which individuals and teams can discuss and develop ideas presented by the keynote speaker. Keynote speakers and others with expertise in the field may act as critical friends during the follow-up sessions. There will be time, and comfortable, state-of-the-art facilities for groups to explore ideas about partnerships and plan with the assistance of a nationally known consultant. There will also be "role-alike" sessions. In addition, there will be time dedicated to concurrent sessions by practitioners from a variety of settings which address a variety of interests so please feel free to propose a session that you believe will be of use to individuals or teams engaged in partnership work. Sessions can take many forms. You may request a traditional one-hour presentation, a "conversation," team meeting, or panel presentation. Our aim is to meet the needs of all who attend.

To submit a proposal, e-mail the completed presentation form to bxb8@psu.edu. The deadline for submitting proposals ended on Monday, June 1, 2009

Notification of acceptance of your proposal will be Friday, June 12, 2009.
