Location and Accommodations
Upon arriving at University Park, which is the Penn State campus, participants may park at the following locations:
Friday night registration in Johnston Commons — Parking is available in the East parking deck on Bigler. Registration, the reception, and
entertainment will be held across the street in the Mars room on the second floor of Johnston Commons.
Saturday and Sunday — Parking is available in the Eisenhower parking deck or the HUB parking deck. All registration and conference sessions will take place
in Thomas Building, nearby.
Signs will be posted to assist in finding the conference venues. Please reference the following Web site maps to assist you in finding Johnston Commons and Thomas Building and
available parking.

The conference on Saturday and Sunday will be held in Thomas Building on the Penn State University Park Campus. The Friday night reception, featuring live music and dancing with the band Fleshcoat featuring Dr. E, will be held in the Mars Room of Johnston Commons.
A limited number of rooms have been set aside at local hotels. Call the hotels directly to make your room reservation. Be sure to identify yourself as a participant in the National Conference on Peer Tutoring in Writing (NCPTW). Reservations should be made at least thirty days prior to the start of the conference.
