There are two options for registration:
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ACT 48 (MUSIC 8936)
OR
GRADUATE CREDIT (MU ED 597A)
A World of Possibilities: Creativity in the Music Classroom (MU ED 597A)

How to Register
You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form (with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or
sponsoring organization).
Nondegree graduate student – Students who have a bachelor’s degree and wish to register for Penn State credit must complete the nondegree graduate form online before registering for the credit course. There is a nonrefundable application fee of $30. The form may be found at www.gradsch.psu.edu/portal.
Resume studies – Students who are enrolled in a Penn State program but have been absent for one or more semesters (not counting summer) must complete the resume studies form before registering for the credit course. The form may be found at www.gradsch.psu.edu/portal.
Deadline
All registrations must be received by June 30. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-1738 for information about on-site check-in; if space
permits, you can register for an additional $30.
Confirmation
Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the
program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by
airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to
814-863-3749 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo2@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is
registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Tuition
The University reserves the right to revise the schedule of tuition and charges without further notice. For more information on tuition, visit http://tuition.psu.edu.
