Please note that booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of completed exhibitor registration form/agreement and payment. Booth space will not be held by phone or without payment. Booth spaces 1–6 are reserved for Partner or Platinum Sponsors. See the LABASH Sponsors Web page for more information.
Each booth fee of $650 will include the registration costs for up to two representatives and an expo booth (8.5' x 10') with pipe and drape, one skirted table, two chairs, signage, one electrical outlet, a wastebasket, and a box lunch on Friday and Saturday, as well as refreshment breaks. Wireless Internet access is available at no cost. Official expo event hours will be from 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, and 9:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 28. Set-up times are from 4:00–8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, or 7:00–9:30 a.m. on Friday, February 27. Teardown will be from 2:00–4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 28. All items must be removed by 4:00 p.m. Should additional personnel accompany the booth (beyond two representatives) an additional registration fee of $250 would apply to each person.

All shipment of exhibit materials to the conference location must be via Penn State Exposition Services, Inc. (see drayage order forms and information
below). Pick-up of materials by any company other than Rodeway (used exclusively by Penn State Exposition Services, Inc.) must be arranged directly by the exhibitor, as
described in the freight and shipping policies below.

General Info
Much interaction takes place between professionals and students during LABASH conferences. The opportunity for students to meet professionals and learn about their firms and manufacturing companies, as well as new software technologies, has become a staple of the conference. This exposure benefits both groups through the opportunity for professionals to meet the future of the profession and to market their firms. Traditional activities at the event have also included student interviews for entry-level and internship positions, as well as technology learning pods and an overall interactive exposition.
