Participant lodging (teachers and students) will be paid for by PA-JSHS. Three or four student participants of the same gender will be assigned to a hotel room. There is a space on the
Student Application Form to indicate a roommate preference. Please note that we will try our best to accommodate preferences, but cannot guarantee all requests.
Two teachers of the same gender will be assigned to share a hotel room. Teachers requesting a particular roommate should do so on the Teacher Application Form. Teachers may choose a
single room but will be required to pay an additional fee of $86.50 at the hotel registration desk. Please contact the conference planner at ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu if requesting a single room.
The costs of breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday for the students and teachers will also be assumed by the sponsor (PA-JSHS).

All participants MUST be accompanied by an adult/teacher.
Dress
The program dress is comfortable and casual. Typically, presenters dress more professionally for the paper presentations. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended for walking during the laboratory tours.
