Exhibit booth setup is from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, July 9.
Exhibit booth hours: Thursday, July 10, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, July 11, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 12, from 8:00 a.m. to noon
Sunday, July 13, from 8:00 a.m. to noon
Exhibitor booths must be torn down by noon on Sunday, July 13.
8'x10' exhibit booths include:
- One 6' skirted table (if needed) and 2 chairs (optional pipe and drape-8-foot-high back walls and 3-foot-high side dividers with drapers)
- Electricity
- One complimentary registration (access to sessions, breaks, opening and closing receptions; BBQ and Folk Fest available for an additional fee)
- Listing in the conference program
Exhibitors are encouraged to purchase additional meeting registrations at $400 per person.

Due to the coinciding Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, it is recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible, as rooms in State College will sell out. Cancellation policy
All space cancellations must be submitted in writing to Penn State (ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu) on or before Friday, May 23, 2008. If notice of cancellation is received prior to
May 23, 2008, a refund, less 75% of the total booth cost will be issued. Please note that after May 23, 2008, no refunds can be issued on space that is cancelled.
