Poster Session Information
- Posters should be mounted so they may stand freely on an easel.
- Easels will be provided.
- Suggested poster size is 32” x 40”.
You may bring your own poster or have one printed by the Penn State Engineering Copy Center. The cost for a 32” x 40” foam-mounted poster is $56.67, payable by check or cash upon pickup. See http://www.engr.psu.edu/ae/ecc/index.asp for pickup location and other specifics.
To have a poster printed by the Penn State Engineering Copy Center, e-mail a PDF or PowerPoint graphic to eccarc@engr.psu.edu no later than April 11, indicating a 32” x 40” foam-mounted poster for the HHVRL Workshop. If payment by check is received at the Copy Center by April 18, HHVRL will pick up your poster and transport it to the Penn Stater Conference Center. If you submit your poster after April 11, you may pick up your poster at the Copy Center during their open hours.
