Penn State University is assisting Healthy Teen Network with registration.

*All students receive a complimentary membership in the Healthy Teen Network upon registration.
** Group consists of five or more registering and paying together.

All registrations and payments must be received at the registration office no later than October 17, 2008. If you do not meet that deadline, you will need to register and pay on-site to be admitted to conference areas. Attendees with outstanding balances will be refused admission to conference areas. There will be no exceptions for attendees using purchase orders.

Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the registration office on or before September 26, 2008. Eligible requests will entitle the registrants to a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. In lieu of requesting a refund, an organization may send a substitute if the initial registrant is unable to attend and if the registration office is notified in writing by October 17, 2008. Membership fees paid at the time of registration are not refundable.
