Fee and Registration
Fee: The $95 fee covers lunch, all instruction, and program materials. Registrants are responsible for other meals and lodging. The registration fee must be paid via Inter Department Charges and Credit document; information is available below.
How to Register: Registrants can register online.
Before completing your online registration, please take the information below to your campus or department's budget assistant or finance office. You will need the seven-digit IBIS document number of the IDCC to complete the online registration form.
- A ‘Requisition Order’ type IDCC (Inter-Departmental Charges and Credit) form should be generated in IBIS.
- One IDCC can cover multiple registrations. Registration fee is $95.00 per registrant and covers lunch, all instruction, and program materials. Registrant name(s) covered by the IDCC should be noted in the note pad area.
- Use ‘&OFO’ in the Supplier Department field of the IDCC.

Deadline: Online registrations will be available until May 4, 2012. Walk-in registration is available for an additional fee of $30. Walk-in registration will be available; walk-in registration fee is $125.00.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be available if requested on or before May 4. After May 4, a substitute can be sent.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
