Fee and Registration
The residential fee is $525 and includes room and board (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner), beginning Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch, welcome reception, the Bowdoin Lobster Bake, and conference site, technology, and materials.
The commuter fee is $345 and includes lunch and dinner, beginning Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch, welcome reception, the Bowdoin Lobster Bake, and conference site, technology, and materials.
Additional tickets are $10 for the reception and $46 for the Lobster Bake.
Housing for accompanying partners/spouses is available for an additional $99 (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning Thursday night through Sunday lunch). Costs for the reception and Lobster Bake are separate.

You can register by mailing the above registration form or completing the online form. Fax registrations must be accompanied by credit card payment information. You can also register by phone with your credit card by calling 800-PSU-TODAY (778-8632).
You will be notified promptly of any cancellations or schedule or program changes. Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment in the program and provide additional information on final registration.
Deadline
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 30, 2008. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100 for information about on-site check-in; if space permits, you can register for an additional $30.
Refunds
If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
