Dr. John Langley, clinical professor of supply chain management and the director of development for the Center for Supply Chain Research within the Smeal College of Business, is the symposium keynote. Dr. Langley is the co-author of the 16th Annual Third-Party Logistics Study: State of Logistics Outsourcing and brings key insights from both the provider and customer perspective on the subject of logistics outsourcing and the innovations that 3PLs are infusing into their markets.
