Fee and Registration
Fee: The $1,665 fee for Pennsylvania residents ($1,302 tuition, $275 class fee, $56 technology fee, $19 activity fee, $13 facilities fee) or the $2,643 fee for non-Pennsylvania residents ($2,280 tuition, $275 class fee, $56 technology fee, $19 activity fee, $13 facilities fee) includes 2 graduate credits, all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, one event ticket, one reception, and one dinner. You are on your own for lunch each day and all other meals, and will have the time to enjoy the restaurants in downtown State College. If you stay in Eastview Terrace, your accommodations include breakfast at Pollock Dining Commons Monday through Friday.
How to register: You can register by mailing the printable registration form (with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization).
Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on June 12, 2009. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100 for information.
Confirmation: Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds: If your request to withdraw is received by May 29, 2009, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Access: Penn State encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing special accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact the conference planner at 814-863-5100 at least two weeks prior to the conference.

Important Registration Information for Graduate Credit Programs
Are you currently enrolled as a graduate (degree or nondegree) student?
If no, then go to Step A.
If yes, then go to Step B.
Step A: Complete Penn State’s Graduate School Online Application form, found at http://www.gradsch.psu.edu/prospective/apply.html. You must apply online (electronically) before you may register for this
program. Do NOT use the printable version of the form.
Step B: Are you resuming study after an absence of one or more semesters (not counting a summer session)?
If yes, then go to Step C.
If no, then go to Step D.
Step C: Complete a Resume Study/Change of Degree or Major form before registering for this program. Go to http://www.gradsch.psu.edu/current/current.html.
