Dear Business Partner:
On behalf of the KAPPA (Keystone Chapter of APPA) 2010 Host Committee, we would like to invite your company to participate as a Business Partner in the 2010 ERAPPA Conference at the Pittsburgh Hilton in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 3–6, 2010. Pittsburgh is a wonderful city to host a conference of this caliber. The city offers history, a diverse culture, unique shopping, fine dining, and, of course, a pride and tradition of sport champions!
The ERAPPA conferences continue to be successful because of the active financial and educational support from our Business Partners. Our conferences provide our participating Business Partners the opportunity to meet facility professionals of institutions of higher education from the mid-Atlantic and northeastern United States and eastern Canada. We are expecting more than 300 members to attend the conference in Pittsburgh. These members are the people that make decisions in selecting service providers and product suppliers for their respective institutions. By participating as a Business Partner in this event, you will have the chance to meet these people and to initiate new relationships or reinforce existing ones.
As a participating Business Partner you will be one of ninety-nine exhibitors in the grand ballroom at the Pittsburgh Hilton. In addition to being an exhibitor, your company also has the opportunity to become a sponsor of a particular event during the conference that will provide even more exposure of your company to our facility professionals. There are many sponsorships available and at various levels of support. Depending on the level of sponsorship, your company name will be showcased for that event. Your company name will be advertised in the conference program and on signage placed at the event. Your company will also be acknowledged during the event. Exposure during your sponsored event along with the exhibit booth in the Hall of Resources, plus free registration for a predetermined number of your company’s representatives is truly a valuable marketing tool for your company. Attending our conference will allow your representatives to network and discuss, one-on-one, the issues facing institutions of higher education today and what services or products your company can provide to help solve these issues. There will be ample opportunities for your representatives to interact with our members, whether it is at meals, between educational sessions, after sessions, during our spectacular planned events, or golfing. Did we mention that we also have a wonderful program planned with outstanding speakers and presenters? Your company representatives will not only benefit from meeting our fine members but from the wonderful program our committee has planned.
