The Law and Education Institute at Penn State is a five-day event co-sponsored by the College of Education and the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. The goal of the institute is to educate administrators and other educators on the legal issues that have become prevalent in the past decade and may arise in their own districts. Prominent lawyers and professors will conduct workshops on a wide variety of legal topics, including religion, student rights, charter schools, technology, special education, and employee rights.
This program has been approved for 26 hours of CLE credit.
