Act 45:
The Law and Education Institute at Penn State meets the requirements of Act 45 for Continuing Professional Education for School and System Leaders. Attendees must attend the
entire conference and complete an outside project in order to receive Act 45 credit (35 hours).
Act 48:
Penn State is an Act 48-approved provider. Professional educators are encouraged to confirm that this program fits their school district's professional development plan for Act 48. By attending this entire program you can earn hours toward fulfilling Act 48 requirements.
