Speaker and Poster Information
Each session room will be equipped with a projector and a computer equipped with Windows. The computer will have the latest version of Microsoft PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader on it;
you may, therefore, upload PowerPoint or PDF files prior to the session that contains your presentation. To upload, you can use a USB memory stick that will be provided in your
conference bag. If you are preparing your presentation using an operating system other than Windows, we suggest that you check if your slides are correctly displayed under Windows
prior to the conference.
Please contact the organizers of the conference if you need additional material to present your talk.
Preparation of Posters
Your poster may not be larger than 46" x 46." The organizers will provide Velcro tape to attach the poster to the poster boards.
