73. TARGETING TRANSITION FOR STUDENTS ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM This session will provide the participants with a hands-on look at a system for assessing, teaching, and tracking transition skills with students on the autism spectrum, using Rubrics for Transition for Learners with Autism.
