Ongoing assessment, effective instruction, transition planning and support are essential components of a student’s high school program. This session will provide an overview of the secondary transition process in Pennsylvania including how to incorporate age-appropriate transition assessments and a focus on post-school outcomes in developing measurable annual IEP goals and transition services.
