Fee and Registration
Fee: The early registration fee of $725 (on or before June 1) and the regular fee of $775 (after June 1) covers instruction, housing, food, all program materials, and the field trip and admission to Fallingwater. The fee must be paid by check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
Scholarships: Scholarship awards will be credited to the student following enrollment in the program. Your electronic receipt will show a balance due. Scholarships will be paid by the sponsoring agency. You will not receive a bill for the scholarship. There is no need to contact our office regarding this.
How to Register: You can register by mailing the printable registration form or by submitting the online registration form. Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration. Please read these customer-friendly instructions before filling out the online registration form.
Important Note: The registration limit for this camp has been reached. The wait list maximum has also been reached.
Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on July 1, 2008. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via e-mail; if you do not provide an e-mail address, you will receive confirmation via postal mail.
Refunds: If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to the first day of the program, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
Confidentiality: For legal reasons, the University cannot release the names or phone numbers of other participants, even to those who want to carpool.
