Fee and Registration
Fee: The fee covers the program supplies, Monday reception, Tuesday and Wednesday buffet breakfasts and luncheons, Tuesday reception with exhibitors, and all refreshment breaks. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

How to Register: You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form (with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer
or sponsoring organization).

Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on March 8, 2013. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100 for information about on-site check-in; if space permits, you can register for an additional $30.
Confirmation: Penn State Conferences will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds: If your request to withdraw is received by February 22, 2013, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
On-site Registration: Conference registration will be held on Monday, March 18, from 2:00 to 7:30 p.m., and on Tuesday, March 19, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the registration area in the Great Lobby.
Hershey Lodge Room Reservation: Only online and phone reservations will be accepted. All reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis until the block of rooms has been filled. Reservation requests received after the block has been filled, or received after February 17, 2013, will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
